The Skald of the Nordic People (like the Bard of the Celts) was the preserver of history and culture and the teacher of the children through story telling and song. Complementing this oral history, they created images in runes or designs. Eventually they used the written word to express their art and were called Scribes.

As Huldre travels with our songs and stories we take the opportunity to offer a full array of work in the scriptural arts.

Rune Craft - sets, jewelry, name transcriptions and translations, original Rune poems based on your name translation, Rune on a String and Rune Readings (the traditional divination process for our Nordic Ancestors)

Henna - Temporary Tattoos using original designs with traditional symbols and patterns of Viking, Celtic and other lands.

Eventyr - Story books of Huldre tales.

Eventually we will come out with a CD - a very modern product of very ancient origin!
