Völva Stav Intensive

This is an intensive training session for begining to intermediate students. You will learn the history of the staff carrying tradition, align with the world tree, explore your spiritual bodies, and journey through the nine worlds of Yggdrasil. You will understand how to attain a state of seidr to use in galder, spae, herbalism, journey and ritual.
Bring two clean straight sticks, one the size of a broom handle and one the size of a wooden spoon. Bring a pencil or pen to take notes. Dress to move, no shoes. This class satisfies the pre-requisite for Second Saturday Master Classes.

We will be staving into a seidr state with intention and purpose each session. Topic will be posted by the first of each month including galder to vibrate the web, sending healing as a group or individual, soul retrieval and oorlog repair. Bring your Manual and a pencil with you each time. You will want to take notes!
