I attended as an alternate delegate for my lodge, Syttende Mai and as a member of the Viking Age Club and Society. Performing and teaching my work with stav, runes, history and song I met many amazing women who are doing amazing things.

Marjory Johnson Wood, author of "Tree Trolls! in the Rommegrot Pot" and Annie Jacobsen, author of "Ivar, the Short but Brave Viking" were wonderful! I will have the pleasure of seeing the Pickled Herring Press ladies at Hjemkomst Scandinavian Festival in North Dakota!

The folks from Story City were there. And of course, my friends from Ingebretsen's.

I especially loved meeting Connie and Norm. I will see them at Nordic Fest in Decorah, July 25 - 27! I hope to meet up with all of the wonderful folks again and again.
